It’s business as usual for all ACE and Chubb agent and broker partners.

You can continue to expect the same superior service and commitment to our broker and agent partners that you have to expect from ACE and Chubb.

Q: What should I tell my clients about the new company?

The combined company will continue to offer the quality products and highest standard of claims and customer service that they have come to expect from ACE and Chubb.

The new Chubb is even better positioned to help our agent and broker partners serve their clients by leveraging the strengths of both companies to offer a broader portfolio of quality products.

Q: Are there any changes to your business strategy as the new Chubb?

The combination of ACE and Chubb does not change our strategy of providing quality products and services to ensure our customers are well protected. In fact, it enhances our capabilities to deliver in both aspects by combining the best of each company.

Q: Will there be changes in the products that I can offer my clients?

Your clients will continue to have access to the quality product offerings and service they’ve come to expect from ACE and Chubb.

As a combined company, we are now better able to serve you as a leader in a number of global specialty and traditional commercial P&C products, including a broad range of property and general casualty lines as well as risk management, professional lines, surety, workers compensation, and personal accident insurance. We also have one of the largest excess and surplus lines and specialty product portfolios in the industry. For individuals and families we provide personal accident, supplemental health, auto and homeowners, personal lines and specialty coverages.

We are constantly developing, evolving and perfecting our offerings – and we will give you notice when we are going to make changes or improvements.

Q: Will there be any changes to capacity?

We plan to deliver both enhanced capacity and product solutions that are backed by exceptional financial strength and security for you and your clients, and will provide updates on an ongoing basis.

Q: Who will be my point of contact at the combined company?

This combination will not change your relationship with our company, or our commitment to providing the best possible products, service and experience for you and your clients.

For now, you will continue to use the same contact as usual. Should there be any changes regarding your point of contact with us, we will be in touch with you directly.

Q: How will claims be handled?

We remain committed to providing superior service on every claim and our claims experts will continue to handle each claim without interruption. Should you have questions regarding an existing claim you can contact the assigned adjuster or claim professional.

Customers, agents and brokers should continue to report claims using existing channels. As we adopt combined procedures for claim reporting, we will communicate those changes to you.

Open and current claims will continue to be handled by the current company.
