We are constantly developing, evolving and perfecting our offerings. As a combined company, we are able to leverage the strengths and resources of both ACE and Chubb to expand the insurance product options for our customers and offer enhanced coverage and services.

Q: Will my point of contact change?

Your primary point of contact remains as it was prior to the combination of ACE and Chubb. Whether you work directly with us or through an independent agent, the combination will not change your relationship with our company or our commitment to providing the best possible products, service and experience for our clients.

Q: How will claims be handled?

We remain committed to providing superior service on every claim, and our claims experts will continue to handle each claim without interruption. Should you have questions regarding an existing claim you can contact the assigned adjuster or claim professional.

Our clients should continue to report claims using existing channels. As we adopt combined procedures for claim reporting, we will communicate those changes to you.

Delivering superior claims service is our top priority and we believe that the combination of ACE and Chubb allows customers to benefit from the complementary strengths of both companies. We will continue to look for ways to enhance our processes to provide high quality claims and residential risk consulting services.

Open and current claims will continue to be handled by the current company.
